The decor of the hotel was simply lovely, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout my stay. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for senior individuals like myself. Despite the lack of an elevator, the staff was more than willing to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs, ensuring our comfort and convenience.
It would have been even better if the hotel had specific amenities catered towards senior guests. For example, adding handrails in the common areas or providing large print signs and directions would greatly enhance the experience for seniors.

The room at Nea Terrace was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The private bathroom was also great, with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Plus, the room had a washing machine, flat-screen TV, sofa, and desk. I felt right at home!
Personally, I didn't like the stovetop in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Terrific Location: Nea Terrace is nestled in Plebiscito, where you can experience the captivating blend of history and art. You'll be just steps away from the iconic Pontifical Royal Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, which stands tall like a graceful ballerina in the heart of Naples.
Elevator Absent: Unfortunately, this lovely building lacks an elevator. While it may require some extra effort, the climb up its gracefully aged staircase to the 5th floor adds a touch of adventure to your stay.

I recently stayed at a backpacker's accommodation in Naples, situated in a vibrant area close to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private balcony offering a great view. The host was kind and always ready to assist. Plus, the location was convenient, being just a short walk from the metro and the old city center.
There was a slight issue with a strange smell in the bathroom upon arrival.
